Do you take TriCare? Tanecia is an approved provider and is able to bill TriCare directly. There is a $25 travel fee for in home visits. If you have TriCare Prime, you need a referral. Carly is  an approved out of network provider, and offers a deep discount to Military and Veterans.  If you ever had a military ID, you qualify.  If you have TriCare, you can file a claim and get reimbursed.
What Insurances are accepted? We are partnered with TLN (The Lactation Network) A company that accepts the assignment and agrees to pay Tailored Lactation directly and submit the claims. There is no out of pocket expense for  Lactation Visits, with approval.  Plans include Anthem PPO, Cigna PPO, BCBS of  California PPO, BCBS  Anthem PPO, Multiplan  Aetna, United Health Care, Humana, and more.
What is a lactation visit? We spend 60-90 minutes together to assesses the current feeding relationship, and devise a realistic plan of care. You are provided a summary of the details of our visit, a superbill to submit a claim to your Insurance.  Includes 2 weeks of remote support,  following the visit.
What is your Covid-19 Policy? We wear a masks upon request.  We ask that client families reschedule if there are any cold/flu symptoms present in the home. Our team members will reschedule ASAP in case of cold/flu symptoms.
